Seriously, I always thought I was making my grilled cheese right but once I watched this video, realized that I simply didn’t have the entire technique. Sure, sometimes my grilled cheese turned out with the cheese partially melted, but I often cheated and threw it in the microwave for a few seconds, and nobody knew. After watching this video, I won’t ever have to do it again. I’ll have right out of the pan restaurant ready grilled cheese that’s perfect every time.
I had leftover tomatoes and peeled and cooked them with some peppers, onions, a little hamburger, and some other veggies. I decided to serve grilled cheese with it and used the technique shown in the video to make the grilled sandwiches. The meal turned out perfect. (It was like eating stuffed peppers with cheese, but also like eating a cheeseburger. Either way, love these two together and will make the combo again.)
