This diet reduces the carbohydrates intake, which leads to decreased muscle mass which requires physical activity. It can be fitness, running, cycling, swimming or just walking. The food should not be too salty.

MENU

Monday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … just not bananas), 2 toast breads with a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 buttermilk (or yogurt)

Dinner: 2 tomatoes or tomato juice, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce or cucumbers, and 2 biscuits

Tuesday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … just not bananas), 2 toast breads with a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, buttermilk or yogurt, 2 toast breads

Dinner: 125g minced beef, 1 tomato (or half a cup of tomato juice), 1 toast bread, 1 cup of tea or coffee

Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach … just not bananas, toast bread, a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, yogurt, 1 little lettuce

Dinner: 125 g minced beef, toast bread, 1 cup of coffee or tea

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … just not bananas), 2 toast bread with a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 125g cheese (or mozzarella), 1 tomato, 1 toast bread

Dinner: 125 grams of minced beef, 2 tomatoes and 1 cup tomato juice, 1 apple, 1 toast bread

Friday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … just not bananas), 2 toast bread with a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast bread

Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes …), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Eat normally during the weekend!

Instructions and rules

– You mustn’t drink alcohol

– Food can be eaten hot or cold, but it is important to be consumed in the correct order.

– After five days you will lose 5-10 pounds.

– After five days, the next two days eat normally, but do not exaggerate. Then repeat the diet from Monday to Friday; for 15 days without the weekends.

– You can lose up to 30 pounds
