- 7 cups spring or filtered water
- 1 cup 100% cranberry juice
- ¼ teaspoon dry ginger
- ½ tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Bring the water to a boil, add the cranberry juice, then add the spices and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. When cooled to room temperature, add the orange and lemon juice. This amount is intended for one day.
