Providing you spare a couple of minutes a day, it’ll take you less than a month to get the buttocks you’ve always dreamed of. This exercise is perfect for any flat butt.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Your knees and elbows on the ground, get into the position shown on the picture. Make sure your back is straight.

  • Hold on to both ends of the resistance band. The middle of the band should be under your left foot.

  • Holding the band firmly, draw your belly in and stretch out your left leg backwards.

  • Return your knee in the starting position, but make sure it doesn’t touch the ground.

  • Do 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions for each leg.
