- 1 cup raisins
- 4 tsp green tea
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ginger, shredded
- 1l water
Wash the raisins well and put them in an intact enamel pot. Pour in the water.
Cook the raisins on a low heat. After 10 minutes take the pot off the heat and add 4 teaspoons of green tea, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of finely shredded fresh ginger.
Put the lid on and wrap the pan with a woolen cloth. Leave it overnight, and strain it in the morning.
Drink 150-200 ml every day, before your meals. You can also add one slice of lemon in the glass before drinking.
