6 plastic cups
6 ice-block sticks
2 cups soft-frozen strawberries
1 cup soft-frozen banana
1 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
25g pistachios, crushed
Step 1Place strawberries and banana in a blender with yoghurt, lemon juice and maple syrup. Process until smooth.
Step 2Place a few raspberries in the base of each cup. Pour over strawberry mix. Freeze for 1-1 1/2 hours. Insert ice-block sticks. Freeze until solid.
Step 3Remove ices from cup and roll in pistachios. Serve.
