Gout is a much more complicated form of arthritis that is often ignored by people. Anybody that has gout knows what a terrible condition it is.
Uric acid in our bodies is the main cause of gout. And when our kidneys don’t work properly, uric acid remains and crystallizes in our joints, creating gout.
Having gout, you may experience pain and redness in your joints, as well as sensitivity to touch and inflammation. This mixture is very popular in curing gout naturally and it also prevents the symptoms from reoccurring.
- 1 pineapple
- 1-2 teaspoons of powdered turmeric
- 1 cup of tart cherry juice
- A strainer
- A glass jar with tight cover
- 1 inch fresh ginger root or 2-3 teaspoons of powdered ginger
- Food processor and Blender
Method of Preparation:
Remove the stem and cut the skin of the pineapple. The stem contains bromein and you can use it if you want, but it’s ok if you use only the fruit. Cut the pineapple into pieces and put them in the blender. Blend until it evenly mashed up. After that put the tart cherry juice and sprinkle the teaspoons of turmeric and ginger.
Place the mixture in the jar and close it tight. Leave the jar into the fridge and let it stay for the next 10 days. You can add some honey if you want, to taste, or you can put more or less turmeric and ginger. It depends how you like it. This drink can be kept in the fridge for 30 days. It is better for you if you can consume it daily.
