Pink Smoothie For Extra Pleasure (RECIPE)

The watermelon is one of the most refreshing fruits you can find. You can add it many combinations and I came up with this one… it is super refreshing and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 watermelon slice (preferably cold)
  • 1 cup of currants
  • Handful of dates
  • Handful of almonds and walnuts
  • 1 small piece of ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint

Preparation:

  1. Chop the watermelon in small pieces. Remove all the seeds. Remove the stems from the currants.
  2. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until you get homogenous composition.
  3. At the end, you can sprinkle your smoothie with the rest of the chia seeds and decorate with mint leaves.

Enjoy in this amazing and refreshing smoothie!
