The watermelon is one of the most refreshing fruits you can find. You can add it many combinations and I came up with this one… it is super refreshing and nutritious.
- 1 watermelon slice (preferably cold)
- 1 cup of currants
- Handful of dates
- Handful of almonds and walnuts
- 1 small piece of ginger root
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- Chop the watermelon in small pieces. Remove all the seeds. Remove the stems from the currants.
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until you get homogenous composition.
- At the end, you can sprinkle your smoothie with the rest of the chia seeds and decorate with mint leaves.
Enjoy in this amazing and refreshing smoothie!
