- 2 liters of water
- 5 grams of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of natural honey
- 1 pinch of ground hot pepper
- 1 pinch of fennel
Boil the water for five minutes and then set it to the side. Add all the ingredients to the water one at a time. Leave the covered mixture until it is cold. You can drink it after it goes cold. The important thing is to not add the ingredients to hot water. The water should have cooled down to the point that you can put your finger into it comfortably or you can risk losing the healing properties of the ingredients.
