  • 5 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

You can prepare this mixture with more or less salt, but the recommended ratio is 5:1.

Take a teaspoon of this remedy and hold the mixture under your tongue until it is dissolved completely. Do this before going to bed.
