Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of Feta cheese
  • 50 grams of almonds
  • Few celery leaves
  • Few lettuce leaves (you can use lettuce, spinach or arugula)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • A little bit of fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:
