After the water is boiled, remove from heat and add all the ingredients except the garlic and the turmeric.

Next, blend the garlic and add it together with the turmeric to the previous mixture 10 minutes after you’ve added the rest of the ingredients.

Consume 1 l of the tea (5 cups of 2dcl) a day, which means that you should prepare it 2-3 times a week using the same ingredients.
