Lose 7 Kilograms Within 3 Weeks With The Help Of The “Rice Diet”

This diet plan was invented by Dr. Walter Kempner in 1939 and its primary purpose was to reduce and regulate high blood pressure, blood sugar levels and to help people who have kidney problems. Therefore, it is healthy diet programs which will help you lose weight and will improve your overall health.

Diet Plan

The breakfast should be always the same. It consists of one cup of rice cooked in water without adding salt or sugar. For some flavor, you can add some lemon juice or olive oil. It is recommended that you use integral rice.

Snack: One piece of fruit of your choice.

Lunch for the first 7 days: one cup of rice, one cup of peas, beans or lentil, and one piece of integral bread. Optionally, you can add some spices. In case you add salt, make sure it is in very small amount.

Snack: One piece of fruit of your choice.

Dinner for the first 7 days: Your dinner should consist of one cup of rice (every day) and 150g of low fat meat, such as fish, chicken, or turkey breast.

Add some lemon juice and do not put too much salt. Optionally, you can have one piece of integral bread.

Lunch for the second week: one cup of rice along with one piece of integral bread.

Dinner for the second week: One piece of integral bread and one cup of rice

Third week: Similar to the diet plan od the first week. However, you can also include some dairy snack between lunch and dinner (200 ml of milk or small fruit yogurt).
