Honey Pumpkin is quite effective in the treatment of liver and kidney disease.

How to prepare honey pumpkin?
You need a ripe yellow pumpkin. Cut off the top and remove the interior (seeds and fiber). In the large hole put sugar.
Cover the pumpkin with the piece you have removed before and leave it for ten days in a cool place. The best solution is to place the pumpkin in a larger bowl, because over time it will soften and stirring will become a problem.
During that time the sugar is melted in the juice which is released from the pumpkin. Once the whole quantity of sugar is melted, the resulting liquid is poured in a glass container.
If the lid is covered with mold, it’s nothing dangerous, just make a hole in the bottom of the pumpkin, and through it pour the honey in a glass bowl.
Storing honey pumpkin:
It is best stored in the refrigerator in a clean glass jar with a lid. Its shelf life is about a month. To last more, you can boil it until it thickens, but in this case it will lose more of its beneficial components.
How will you use this honey – it’s your choice. You can sweeten your tea, can consume it 2-3 times a day 2-3 tablespoons, as pancake topping or any way you want!
Consume it for a longer period of time and if this amount is not enough for you, you can prepare two to three pumpkins. If you not want to eat this honey made from sugar, then you can fill the pumpkin with pure bee honey.
