Horseradish Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 125 g of fresh horseradish
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the horseradish and the ginger. You can either grate them together or blend them in a blender.
  2. Next, wash the lemons well and remove their seeds. Add them to the previous mixture in the blender and mix again.
  3. Finally, add 4 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Store in a glass jar and keep refrigerated.
