Ingredients:

  • 4oz/125g of horseradish
  • 3 organic lemons
  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 inch-long piece of ginger

Preparation:

Chop up the horseradish and the ginger and blend it all together. Cut the unpeeled lemons into chunks and remove the seeds. Then add these chunks to the mixture and blend it once more. Finally stir in the honey and cinnamon to complete the drink.
