If you are a fan of the summer refreshing cocktails and you don’t like to disturb your diet, the following non-alcoholic mojito is perfect for you. This version is a little bit different of the traditional Cuban cocktail, but we are sure you’ll like it!
- Several mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- Crushed ice
- 1 lime (use one of the halves for the juice and slice the other one)
- 250 ml of mineral water
Combine the mint, brown sugar and the lime juice and let them to sit for 5 minutes allowing the mint leaves to release their aroma. Add the crushed ice, lime slices and the mineral water. Decorate the glass with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
