HEALTH IN A SPOON-HEALING BENEFITS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water will help you in many situations. Always use organic apple cider vinegar because the ones available in the stores are mostly artificial. This amazing ingredient will help you to treat many health conditions.  

Stomach Issues

The apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties and is very effective in treating diarrhea caused by infections. It also contains pectin that eases the intestinal cramps. All you need to do is to dilute 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 200ml of water.

Hiccups

Some say that hiccup could be stopped with the help of apple cider vinegar. Mix 1-2 teaspoons in 200ml of water and consume the mixture.

Bloating

When your stomach is bloated due to some food that is difficult to digest, you can use apple cider vinegar for solving this problem or prevent it. Dilute 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and drink this mixture 30 minutes before having a meal. You can also add 1 teaspoon of honey in this mixture if you like.

Sore Throat

If your throat is dry or you are feeling tingling sensation in it, you can act immediately with the apple cider vinegar. The bacteria cannot live in acidic environment, so you can freely rinse your throat with apple cider vinegar. Combine 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with the even amount of water and consume it.

Exhaustion

After exhausting workout, our muscles are tired due to the accumulated lactic acid. Thanks to its enzyme composition, apple cider vinegar speeds up the removal of this acid which also removes the tiredness.
