Green Tea Diet for Rapid Weight Loss

Green tea satiates hunger because it is rich in proteins. The leaves of green tea are not exposed to fermentation and thus they contain many beneficial ingredients. Furthermore, green tea is rich in vitamins and minerals, and the thiamine contained in it provides brain cells with energy. The substances contained in green tea ease the process of degradation of fats and improve food digestion. Green tea also separates the excess fats off of the intestines instead of accumulating them in the organism and it also improves one’s mood and increases one’s work efficiency.

Green tea should always be consumed freshly prepared otherwise it will lose all the important vitamins and proteins contained in it.

Green Tea Diet

Day 1

Breakfast: a slice of corn bread, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of green tea;

Lunch: potato cream soup, a bowl of fresh salad, 1 apple;

Dinner: 150 gr. of salt-free cream cheese, 1 tomato, 1 cup of green tea.

Day 2

Breakfast: porridge oats with warm milk, 1 cup of green tea;

Lunch: baked fish, a salad of cucumbers and 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea;

Dinner: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 green salad, 1 glass of yogurt.
Day 3

Breakfast: 1 slice of corn bread smeared with some urda (whey cheese), 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 150 gr. cooked chicken, a bowl of fresh salad of cabbage and carrots

Dinner: 1 apple, 200 gr. boiled beans, 1 banana, 1 cup of green tea
Day 4

Breakfast: a slice of corn bread with some butter/margarine, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 200 gr. of boiled beef, 1 green salad, 1 cup of green tea

Dinner: 1 cup of green tea, 1 banana, 200 ml yogurt
Day 5

Breakfast: a slice of corn bread with some butter/margarine, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: vegetable soup, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea
Dinner: 1 apple, 250 g boiled chicken, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 cup of green tea

Day 6

Breakfast: porridge oats with some warm milk, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 150 gr. white fish, a cabbage and carrot salad, 1 cup of green tea, 1 banana

Dinner: 150 gr. salt-free cream cheese, a salad from cucumbers, tomatoes, and some parsley, 1 cup of green tea

Day 7
Breakfast: a slice of corn bread, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 200 gr. cooked beef, a bowl of green salad, 1 cup of green tea

Dinner: 150 gr. baked chicken, a cabbage and carrot salad, 1 cup of green tea
