There are various proven methods of body cleansing. But this one proved to be the most effective and you only need one ingredient.
Use plain rice. The amount of tablespoons should be as much as your years (if you are 35 years old you should use 35 tablespoons. Wash the rice well and put it in some glass jar. Fill the jar with hot boiled water, close it with a lid and refrigerate it.
You can strain the water in the next morning. Use 1 tablespoon of rice and cook it for 3-4 minutes without adding salt (in another, plain water). Eat the prepared rice on an empty stomach, preferably around 7:30 AM.
The rest of the rice should be poured with hot boiled water once again. Refrigerate until the next morning. This procedure for body cleansing should be repeated every day until you eat the whole rice from the jar.
The secret of this method is in the rice grain, which has a crystalline structure. When the grains are poured with water, the starch is washed away which results with appearance of cells. The rice is digested in our intestines, not in the stomach and the grains are acting as an absorber. This method removes the toxins, heavy metals and other harmful substances from the intestines, blood vessels, joints and other parts of the organism.
After the treatment you will feel healthier and rejuvenated. After eating the rice in the morning, you shouldn’t eat or drink anything in the following 3 hours. This cleansing will eliminate the pain that occurs in the back, neck and joints.
The real cleansing begins within 2 weeks, and you will feel it. The toxins will be removed through the urine and the stool. The color of your urine will be changed, becoming blurry.
Don’t forget to increase the liquid intake in your organism. You should dink at least 2 liters of water per day. You should consume green tea during this cleanse as well, but in moderate amounts.
