Cinnamon and Cloves – Lower Blood Sugar And Triglycerides

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of cloves
  • 50oz/1.5l of water

Preparation:
All you need to do is add the cloves and the cinnamon to the water. You should then leave the mixture in the fridge for around five days so that it can combine well and effectively release the healing nutrients you need. It’s recommended that you drink a deciliter of this remedy a day.

It’s best to drink it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. When you’re down to only four days of the mixture left it’s time to make another batch. Repeat this two more times and then lay off the mixture for two weeks to allow your body to recover. This natural remedy is also great for reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
