Russian traditional medicine considers the beetroot yeast as the most effective natural remedy for hypertension, because it is able to normalize the blood pressure at long terms and it is useful in treating arteriosclerosis.
- glass jar (3 liters)
- 700 grams of beetroot
- 200 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of flour
Dice or finely slice the beetroot and place it in the jar. Add the raisins, 2 tablespoons of flour and 200 grams of sugar. Fill the jar with cold boiled water and whisk the ingredients well. Then close the jar with a plastic lid or even better, you can wrap it with double gauze in order to allow the yeast to “breathe”. Leave the jar in some warm area for 6-7 days in order to ferment.
Whisk the ingredients in the jar twice a day and remove the foam if needed. Strain the mixture with gauze one week later. You will get beetroot yeast. Consume 3-4 tablespoons three times a day before having a meal. Refrigerate your beetroot yeast.
Drink the whole amount of beetroot yeast and complete the first phase of the liver cleansing. Make a pause of 3 months and repeat the treatment. Make another 3-month pause and repeat the treatment once again. Within 1 year your liver will be completely purified.
This cleansing treatment may remove the kidney stones and sand.
This treatment is also used by the doctors in some hospitals in Kiev and Lugansk, because it showed great results in liver cleansing and the cleansing of the whole body. They also found that it is effective remedy for hypertension and arteriosclerosis.
