- 700 ml of fresh cider vinegar
- ¼ cup chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 fresh hot peppers

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except vinegar and move them in jar. Make sure that 2/3 of the jar is full with ingredients and the rest with the apple vinegar. Then seal the jar and shake the ingredients and vinegar to mix well. Keep the preparation in a cool dry place for two weeks. Shake the jar for several times a day and after two weeks mash and strain the mixture through thick gauze. Once you do it, keep it at room temperature.
