Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of cloves
  • 1/6 teaspoon turmeric
  • A pinch of cardamom
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • Honey (optional to taste)

Preparation:

  • Mix all the spices together and add a cup and a half of boiled water. If you can’t find the ground spices you can use seeds instead. If you use seeds then you need to boil the tea and cook it for around five minutes on a low heat.
  • Stir well
  • Add the warm coconut milk

Don’t strain the tea before drinking it. You can drink as much of the tea as you like as often as you like any time during the day. It will boost your energy levels and flush parasites and toxins out of your body. It can also help you recover from colds, boost your immune system, and help with other health conditions.
