You can solve your problem with intake of healthy fats, nuts and seeds. The intake of green vegetables and carrots is also very important.

Eat spinach, bananas, green vegetables, almonds, hazelnuts, seeds, walnuts, apples, grapefruit and cherries in order to prevent these symptoms.
