This formula is encouraged by the beauty bible “Organic Body Care Recipes” of Stephanie Tourles. It’s for a one-use application, so create the appropriate amount for your toothbrush.
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoons – nicely ground tea salt
1 drop peppermint or citrus pure essential oil
A few drops water
Mix all the ingredients in a dish until you create a solid paste. Put it on your toothbrush and brush your teeth.2. Vegan Toothpaste
Try the following thing and you’ll get a vegan toothpaste that contains glycerin:
2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
4 tablespoons baking soda
½ teaspoons guar gum
8 tablespoons water
5 drops peppermint, clove or citrus pure essential oil
Put all of the ingredients in a pot, besides essential oil. Cook on little heat for 5 minutes or at least by the time it gets a paste-like texture, and stir at regular intervals. After it gets cold, put essential oil and store it in an antiseptic jug at room temperature.3. Toothpaste Based On Coconut
To make this formula, we use coconut oil, which should cover the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. But if this doesn’t help and you want an even sweeter paste, you can always add several drops of stevia.
6 teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon hydrogen peroxide
2 tablespoons coconut oil (above 76 degrees F)
10 drops peppermint, clove or citrus pure essential oil
Place baking soda in a dish and then put all the other ingredients and mix them until you get a good paste texture. If it’s runny, put some more baking soda, and if it’s dry, add some more coconut. In order to get a better flavor, add some more essential oil. Put it in a thick jug4. The Easiest Toothpaste Recipe Ever
1. Mix an equal amount of baking soda and coconut oil
Baking soda is very effective, mostly for 2 reasons – it acquires gentle cleaning and it’s alkaline, so it can counteract acids in your moths, which are usually responsible for tooth decay. Its other advantage is that it absorbs odor and enables sweetened breath.
But the most powerful ingredient is coconut oil, since it has natural and antibacterial properties, and it kills bacteria in the time of brushing your teeth. Coconut oil is very good for your gums and by frequently brushing, you prevent bleeding, and it also kills the bacteria that cause gingivitis.
If you do have gingivitis, except using coconut oil with your toothpaste, start rubbing it on your gums regularly. Coconut oil helps with thrush, and in some cases, even stops or reverses tooth decay.
